Fennel Vennel 19 is a 3 storey apartment building located in the small town Cheselweck. This small town has seven bus routes and a tram, a small theatre with an orchestra, a sausage factory, a museum which exhibits a dinosaur skeleton, a tree nursery, a castle ruin – sadly without a ghost, a bisquit factory with tis own factory outlet. At the very edge of town – where the fields are already visible – Fennel Vennel is situated. The people who live in No. 19 are perfectly ordinary people with perfectly ordinary children. They experience perfectly ordinary events, just like they happen in any big or small city at any given moment.
